Landowners have submitted a planning application for the conversion of the existing stone barn into a home, and for 41 houses (15 affordable) on the site opposite the Co-Op store.

As many residents will know, that site had been under consideration for inclusion in Cusop’s new revision of the Neighbourhood Development Plan.
Cusop Parish Council will hold an extraordinary meeting to consider the application on Wednesday 29th July 2026 at Cusop Village Hall, 7 p.m.
All residents are warmly invited to attend. There will be an opportunity for members of the public to give their views.
