5. Notice of Vacancy
To note the resignation of Councillor Julia Whittall on 19th June 2024, to note that the period for requisitioning an election has yet to expire, and to agree a process for co-opting to fill the vacancy, if no election is requisitioned.
6. Data Protection Policy
To review and adopt.
7. Parish Council Asset Register
To consider writing-off the brush cutter and printer, and approving the amended register.

a. To consider the financial report and bank balances, including the quarterly statement to 30 June 2024

To consider progress and agree the next steps.
10. Parish Policing Priorities
To agree a response to West Mercia Police/Golden Valley’s request for community policing priorities.
11. Herefordshire Parish Summit 9 July 2024
To receive the Herefordshire Council Plan 2024-2028, introduced at the summit, and to consider appropriate steps.
12. Cusop Playing Fields and Community Garden:
a. To consider the revised 5-year schedule for maintenance and improvements
b. To consider the playing field annual safety inspection reports if received
13. Cusop Traffic Calming Measures
To receive an update on all traffic calming measures and agree action as required
14. Highways:
a. To consider any highways issues for logging with Balfour Beatty b. To receive an update on the Llyswen Zonal Scheme and agree action as required

DESCRIPTION: Application for variation of a condition 4 of planning permission
204133 (Erection of a barn egg unit for fertile egg production). To
allow the building to be used to produce eggs for human
consumption – to delete the word fertile from condition 4.
APPLICANT(S): Mr Hugh Morgan
The site is in Clifford Parish, but Herefordshire Council wished to consult Cusop as the immediate neighbour.
